At this time next week, 16 Saints will be happily ensconced with their host families in the charming city of Bayeux in Normandy, France. Between now and then, there will be frantic packing, finishing of papers, and many texts with French friends to be, until we finally board the plane on Thursday for a 7-hour flight followed by two long, fun-filled days in Paris.
