Last year's Lewa-goers found the experience to be life-changing. Upon return they were inspired to create Caring for Kenya, a club to deepen our relationship with Lewa and Leparua, the school we volunteer with there. Today, Caring for Kenya raised $238. This amount well exceeded our goal of $118, to cover the cost of the 18 soccer balls that we are bringing with us and hand delivering to the school children. We are thrilled that the rest of the funds can be donated for school supplies.
