Yesterday's weather was warm and sunny, so the Saints took advantage and hiked to the hill tops on both sides of the Pro Vita community.

After the hike, we headed to the kitchen to help our wonderful cook and "house mom," Verika to make Romanian doughnuts and prep dinner. After our snack of doughnuts, we had our second Romanian lesson.

The students were tired from staying up late the night before, so went to bed earlier to prepare for another day's work planting trees.

Today is a little colder, but perfect work weather. This afternoon, we will finish the orchard, make crepes, have another Romanian lesson and prepare for our overnight trip to Transylvania. NOTE: we may not have internet connection while visit Dracula, but will blog when return to Casa Tryol on Wednesday evening!
